Over the years, especially while living in Italy, I explored seasonal eating and forged relationships with local food growers, gaining deep respect for healing through herbs and plants.
My journey through grief, motherhood, and artistic life led me to adaptogenic mushrooms. Reishi was my entry point — it helped restore my sleep and energy. I began studying and experimenting with daily ingestion, witnessing firsthand the impact on my clarity and well-being.
Now, after sharing these blends with friends and clients, I am ready to offer MycoMundo to the world. Each product is a result of lived experience, care, and ancestral knowledge.
